HOW TO MAKE IT

• Add 50ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale, 30ml lemon juice, and 15ml sugar syrup to a shaker.

• Shake well, pour into a coupette glass, and top up with 50ml sparkling wine.

• Add a twist of lemon to garnish.
