    35ml

  • Lemon Juice

    20ml

  • Sugar Syrup

    15ml

  • Sauternes wine

    7.5ml

  • Peach liqueur

    7.5ml

  • Orange bitters

    Dash

  • Blood orange zest

    1tsp

  • Ice

    1

  • 1.8 units of alcohol per serve

Method - 1 / 3

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 35ml Tanqueray No. TEN, 20ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 7.5ml Sauternes wine, 7.5ml Peach liqueur and a dash of orange bitters.
